GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy is a supportive, therapist-led space where individuals come together to heal, grow, and connect through shared experiences. Guided by a licensed clinician, groups offer a unique opportunity to feel seen and understood while learning alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges.

In group therapy, connection becomes part of the healing. Members gain insight not only from the therapist, but also from one another, discovering that they are not alone, and that growth can happen in community.

Objectives of Group Therapy

The goals of group therapy extend beyond conversation. Each group is intentionally designed to help participants:

  • Build meaningful connection and reduce feelings of isolation

  • Increase self-awareness and emotional insight

  • Learn practical coping tools and regulation strategies

  • Develop healthier communication and relational skills

  • Explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment

  • Strengthen confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing

Group therapy offers both structure and space, allowing members to learn, reflect, and practice new ways of being, together.
