BWELL Collaborative Care provides trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapy for individuals and couples navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Our therapeutic approach is grounded in cultural humility, healing-centered practice, and evidence-based care that honors each client’s lived experience, identity, and strengths.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy supports clients in understanding how past and present experiences shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning. We work collaboratively to build insight, coping skills, and resilience while honoring cultural context and personal values.

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Women’s issues and motherhood

  • Stress, overwhelm, and emotional regulation

  • Immigration-related stress and evaluations (if applicable)

COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy provides a safe space to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and address relational challenges. Our work supports couples in understanding patterns shaped by individual histories, culture, and attachment experiences.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Communication and conflict

  • Emotional intimacy and trust

  • Life transitions and role changes

  • Cultural and family-of-origin dynamics

  • Healing relational ruptures

Private Pay Rate for Individuals: $180

Private Pay Rate for Couples: $240
