Our Therapeutic Approach
Therapy at BWELL Collaborative Care is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a deep respect for your lived experiences. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, while gently supporting growth, healing, and meaningful change over time.
Rather than relying on a single method, care is integrative and responsive, drawing from approaches that support both immediate relief and long-term wellbeing.
This may include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): to support mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based living.
Trauma-Informed Care: to create a safe, supportive space that recognizes the impact of past experiences.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): to process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences.
At its core, this approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and supported in your everyday life.
